Yoel Fainchtein
Yoel has over 10 years of experience financing, structuring, and evaluating real estate transactions across multiple asset classes in Mexico and the United States.He led Capital Markets at Thor Urbana Capital, where he structured and executed financing strategies, managed debt restructurings during the COVID-19 cycle, and oversaw a diversified real estate portfolio. Previously, he worked at Galium Capital in a finance and investor relations role, supporting the expansion of multifamily and office investment strategies in the U.S. Earlier in his career, he was part of HSBC Mexico's Real Estate Banking team.Yoel holds a B.A. in Finance from ITESM and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Juan Tawil
Juan has 8 years of experience underwriting, structuring, and acquiring real estate across multiple asset classes in the United States, United Kingdom, and Argentina.Before Orev, he led acquisitions at a real estate private equity firm, acquiring 11 office, retail, and industrial assets across the U.S. and U.K. totaling roughly $250 million in value. Earlier, he led the financial analysis team for public-private real estate projects at the Buenos Aires City Government, structuring funding models for large-scale urban developments.Juan holds a degree in Business Administration from Torcuato Di Tella University in Buenos Aires and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
